    Plea deal reached in Morrow County cross burning

    A man accused of burning a cross in front of a black family's home in Morrow County last year has reached a plea agreement with federal prosecutors, according to court documents.

    Brandon A. Rhodes, 20, was charged on Wednesday with one count of conspiracy to threaten the civil rights of an individual based on race.
